10 March 2016: Arthur Cox is pleased to announce the appointment of three new partners to the firm. Based in Dublin, they are Aisling Burke (Tax), Danielle Conaghan (Environment and Planning) and Brian O’Rourke (Property and Real Estate).
Aisling Burke advises multinationals and corporate clients on tax structuring, inward investment and the tax aspects of a wide variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions (both public and private), reorganisations and financing arrangements. She also advises on tax disputes.
Danielle Conaghan has advised on both contentious and non-contentious environmental and planning matters for the last ten years. In addition to being a member of the firm’s Environment and Planning Group, Danielle is a founder member of Arthur Cox’s Food and Agribusiness Group. Danielle has particular expertise in de-risking projects; oral hearings, judicial reviews, injunctions and civil and criminal enforcement proceedings; and environmental and planning aspects of M&A and project-financing transactions.
Brian O’Rourke has been with Arthur Cox since 2004, when he joined the firm as a trainee. Brian advises on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of both portfolio and single-asset investments, landlord & tenant matters, property finance and construction/development.
