Arthur Cox has won M&A Legal Adviser of the Year for Ireland at the mergermarket Awards 2014 which were held in London last week. The Awards recognise the achievements of Europe’s top dealmakers and reward innovative advisory work on some of the region’s most transformative deals of the past year.
Commenting on the award the Managing Partner of Arthur Cox, Brian O’Gorman, said: “This is the seventh time in eight years that the firm has won this award which is a great credit to the consistently high quality and breadth of work done by our corporate and M&A teams.”
In 2014, Arthur Cox was also named Ireland Law Firm of the Year at the IFLR Europe Awards, Ireland Law Firm of the Year by Who’s Who Legal, Best Firm in Ireland at the Europe Women in Business Law Awards and received the Client Service Award for Ireland at the Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence 2014.
