Arthur Cox is very pleased to announce that the firm has been shortlisted for a Leadership Award at this year’s Workplace Equality Index Awards.
Taking place in Dublin on 22 September and organised by LGBT equality network GLEN, the awards recognise employers and individuals who have played a key role in making their workplace equal and inclusive for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees, clients and service users.
Evidence-based, the Workplace Equality Index requires employers to demonstrate commitment to diversity leadership, policies and practices, diversity culture, LGBT visibility and diverse business.
At Arthur Cox it is our objective to develop innovative initiatives to foster the growth and development of our inclusive work environment helping to promote diversity and prevent discrimination. We concentrate on developing and implementing policies and initiatives that welcome, promote, and encourage while respecting the varying approaches and perspectives different identity groups bring to our workplace.
